Upon the receipt of your demand, we will respond to you not later than within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your demand and of the date of the submission of all necessary documents for the submission of the response. This period may be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity and the number of requests.

11.3. If We consider it necessary, We will restrict your data management, except for the protection, until your demand is examined. If you legally cancel the consent provided, We will immediately, but not later than within 30 calendar days, terminate your personal data management activities, except for the cases stipulated by law, i.e. when we are obliged to continue to manage your data in accordance with the legal acts in force, the legal obligations that fall to us, the decisions of the courts or the binding instructions from the authorities for us.

11.4. If We refuse to fulfill your demand, we will clearly indicate the grounds for such a refusal.
