We acquired and put in motion the new six-colour printing line “MetalStar 3”. The brand new technology demonstrates a high automatisation rate, reliable engineering solutions, and precision, thus being able to manufacture high-quality products. With the line‘s efficiency of 10,000 tinplate sheets per hour, our printing processes will become faster.
“The main advantage of this printing line is the capability to print six different colours at the same time, which allows for faster printing of complicated designs that include multiple colours,” says Egidijus Noreikis, our Head of Manufacturing, while discussing the advantages of the new line.
The brand new technological solutions used in the new line let us determine the necessary print work parameters faster and more accurately, and maintain colour consistency throughout the printing process in each sheet. The new line is more effective, steady and faster, thus it ensures the best possible quality throughout the printing process.
