“Rethinking these 20 years, I can simply be happy about our solid achievements, friendly and harmonious team. We achieved everything only by working side by side, therefore this company means each of us and all of us together,” spoke Gintaras Klovas, emphasising the importance of teamwork.

20 longest-working and most deserving employees were awarded certificates of appreciation. Our employees also shared their memories of the company‘s beginnings and its expansion.

“We created everything with our own hands. We assembled the first lines piece by piece like a puzzle and applied them to fit our purposes. In the process we made mistakes and learnt from them. It provided us with different types of knowledge; we saved up to invest in better equipment; and had the chance to gain invaluable experience,” recalled the Head of Innovation & Technology Aleksandr Komisarov, who has been working in the company since its founding.

Gintaras Klovas wished Elmoris and its team not to slow down: to continue in the path of improvement, to create, invent and develop, to share experience and knowledge. He noted that “the most important thing is to never forget that only works done without offending human values are long-lasting. Let’s continue our work, let’s improve, so that after one, five or ten years we could be happy having done everything possible and consistently moving forward.”
