Tinplate coating and printing

Our team pays attention to every step of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to printing supplements and the tiniest parts of equipment.

We use different-size tinplate:

• 0.14–0.45 mm thickness
• 512–962 mm length
• 720–1062 mm width

Our tinplate is coated using equipment from the German company “KBA-MetalPrint GmbH“: it has an efficiency of 7,000 plates per hour. Tinplate can be coated differently as in drawings; partly or completely.

We offer a wide coating assortment:

• Matte or glossy
• For contact with food or industrial materials
• Coatings requested by the client may be used
• BPA-NI coating may be used as well

Our tinplate is printed using equipment from the English company “Crabtree of Gateshead Ltd.”: it has an efficiency of 7,000 plates per hour and a resolution of 150 LPI. We only use high-quality paint for food packaging. The necessary colours are selected in the indoor printing laboratory – any colour of the “Pantone” system can be prepared here. The final print design is prepared by our professional designers. Once printed, each design is archived and can be reached, so that a customer may print the same design even some years later.
