When our production is put into service or there are questions about its realisation, we are always prepared to dispatch our highly qualified specialists to our client‘s company.

Our quality control specialists are available around the clock.

Quality is monitored in every step of the manufacturing process: from getting raw materials to delivering the finished product to our client.

Quality management steps:

• We verify the quality parameters of raw materials that we receive, such as tinplate, coatings, and plastisol.
• During the manufacturing process, we monitor the quality of coating, printing and stamping processes and products.
• Our products are tested in the indoor laboratory.
• In an accredited external laboratory in Switzerland, we periodically order additional tests to control the migration of particles from the lug caps to acidic and fatty products. As a result, we can assure our clients that our products are safe and comply with all the newest EU requirements.

We strictly adhere to:

• Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• European Parliament and Council Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste
• Commission Regulation No 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
